Boulder-based start-up company Radish Systems is changing the way businesses communicate with their customers, personnel and prospects. The company has developed the first mobile communications technology, called ChoiceView, which allows smartphone users to receive complex visual information delivered by a business while simultaneously talking to a customer service or technical support representative. Radish Systems, with the support of Metzger Associates, used the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show to launch their ChoiceView technology.
