I am an Account Coordinator for Metzger Associates. My primary job consists of helping organize, gather and research resources for a variety of clients ranging from the consumer fashion industry to our high-profile technology companies. From developing blog posts, Facebook and Twitter messages to sending out press releases, I strive to effectively communicate our client’s messages to targeted audiences. While at work, I learn, interact and strategize ways to help expand our client’s customer base from both an online and offline presence, integrating technology and traditional communication strategies.

After graduating from the University of Kansas (Rock Chalk!!) with a degree in communications, I spent my summer interning for the 2012 International Eucharistic Congress in Dublin, Ireland. Not only was this the experience of a lifetime, but I was able to work with a very direct and targeted group of people whose influence is worldwide. The experience helped me gain confidence in the public relations field on an international level, while also educating me on the vast Irish Catholic culture. One of the highlights of this internship was a brief phone conversation with Pope Benedict XVI.
