Boulder-based start-up company Radish Systems is changing the way businesses communicate with their customers, personnel and prospects. The company has developed the first mobile communications technology, called ChoiceView, which allows smartphone users to receive complex visual information delivered by a business while simultaneously talking to a customer service or technical support representative. Radish Systems, with the support of Metzger Associates, used the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show to launch their ChoiceView technology.
Metzger Associates implemented a media relations program and trade show strategy to introduce ChoiceView to key industry players and generate buzz about the new technology. Since then, Metzger has supported Radish Systems for numerous events by booking meetings with targeted contacts and generating media stories about the company. Radish Systems participated at Enterprise Connect 2011, where Radish won the prestigious Innovation Showcase, and the CTIA conference where they were named a finalist for the Emerging Technology Awards.
Additionally, Metzger Associates developed an industry analyst relations program for Radish executives to introduce their technology to major firms, successfully booking analyst briefings with such firms as ABI, Forrester, Frost & Sullivan, IDC and Yankee Group.
Moving forward, Metzger will focus on demonstrating ChoiceView’s capabilities with several pilot programs and using these beta customer testimonials to position Radish Systems as a leading innovator for improving business-to-customer communications.
Radish Systems has received media coverage in such publications as Internet Retailer, AppPlanet, Mobile Commerce, E-Commerce Times, TMCNet, Denver Business Journal, Boulder County Business Report, Denver Post and the Boulder Daily Camera.
